Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Customers will receive a confirmation email once the order has been placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, package weight, destination, and carrier rates.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on:

We currently ship within the United States.

Typical delivery estimates:

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary by region.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Duties
  • Import taxes
  • Additional carrier fees imposed by the destination country

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before placing an order.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Address changes cannot be guaranteed after the order has been processed

Global Market Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.

Global Market Co. is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Carrier delays
  • Stolen packages after delivery

If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly first. We will still do our best to assist where possible.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@global-market-co.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
