Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Items must include original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and child safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used sensory toys or activity boards
  • Damaged items caused by misuse
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
